TICKET PRICES:

• Regular ticket = 700,00 € (4897,43 kn) + VAT.

• Regular ticket for the HrOUG members = 630,00 € (4407,68) + VAT.

• Ticket for the accompanying person = 200,00 € (1883,63 kn) + VAT.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR TICKET PRICING:

- EARLY BIRD TICKET PRICES => Valid for all tickets paid between 1.8. and 31.8. -10% off regular price

- REGULAR TICKET PRICES => Valid for all tickets paid between 1.9. and 30.9.

- LATE BIRD TICKET PRICES => Valid for all tickets paid after 30.9. +10% on regular price

TICKET PAYMENT METHOD:

Tickets can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card.

• Drink with all dinners and lunches at the self-service bar in the hotel restaurant
• The possibility of using the swimming pool and wellness center at the hotel

• Transportation by boat to St. Andrew Island or Island Katarina and back (according to schedules)
• conference materials
• gift from the organizers

TICKET FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSON ALLOWS:

• Lunches and dinners

DISCOUNTS:

• Early bird = -10% on tickets
• HrOUG Members (Legal persons) are entitled to one free ticket or two if they have paid double the membership fee
• HrOUG Members are entitled to a 10% discount (except for tickets for accompanying persons)
• For all Companies that pay for 10 tickets, the 11th ticket is free.

ACCOMMODATION: 

This year, the organizer reserved rooms for participants in Island Hotel Istra on St. Andrew Island and Hotel Katarina on Katarina Island, which is closer to Rovinj. The hotel boat runs every hour between Rovinj - Katarina Island - Red Island and back. Conference participants staying in island hotels do not pay for the boat ticket.

Accommodation prices for HrOUG participants are:

Island Hotel Istra (4*) - St. Andrew Island (Red island)

single room €135.00 per day

double room: €105.00 per person per day

Hotel Katarina (4*) - Katarina Island

single room €125.00 per day

double room: €95.00 per person per day

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION / CHANGE OF PARTICIPANTS:
If you cancel your participation until 30.9. the organizer will refund you 50% of the amount paid for the tickets

If you cancel your participation after 1.10. the organizer does not return paid.

Swap of the participant name (in order for the new participant to have all the necessary accreditations) is possible until 10.10.

ANSWERS TO FAQ:

1. SHARING ONE TICKET (ONE PARTICIPANT USES A TICKET FOR ONE PART OF THE CONFERENCE, AND SECOND PART OF THE CONFERENCE ANOTHER PARTICIPANT.

2. Last year we were warned by the hotel that they will not tolerate situations in which a PARTICIPANT BOOK SINGLE ROOM AND IN ROOM IS  MORE THAN ONE PERSON. 

3. ACCOMPANYING PERSON IS  NOT YOUR FRIEND FROM THE COMPANY., BUT your spouse or girlfriend/boyfriend.
